Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Gulu

On your arrival you will be received by our representative, your driver/guide who will get you briefed about the safari and then transfer to Gulu, passing through homesteads of the famous Luwero triangle. You arrive at Gulu in the evening and check in to the service of our accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Visit Fort Patiko and Moro Hills, Gulu

After early morning breakfast you go to this historical site, Fort Patiko and Moro hills. This place is getting few visitor due to poor marketing and the other potential tourism activities that are optional in Gulu are hiking up the isolated Kilak, Ato, Patiko and Moro hills, observation of the Atiak colobus monkeys in the Atiak forest reserve and visits to the Albert Nile.
We later come back to Boma hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Kidepo Valley national park

After breakfast, with our packed lunch, we transfer to Apoka driving on a fair grade unpaved road. This normally takes about 4 - 5 hours, entering the Park with a mini game drive and latter check in to the service of Apoka Hostel. Here the facilities are very basic, we sometimes even carry our food materials. I will call and check the availability. Dinner and overnight at Kidepo Savannah lodge.

Day 4: Kidepo National Park – Game drive

After breakfast we start our game drive towards the Kidepo Valley in search for wildlife that includes the Zebras, Lesser kudu, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Elephant, water buck, warthogs, Ostriches, Secretary birds, Lions, Leopards and Cheetahs among others. We come back to the lodge for lunch, relax around and later in the evening go for another game drive in the Naruse Valley where there are more chances of encountering the Lions and Leopards. We later come back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Visit the Iki Community on Mt Morongore

After an early breakfast, we drive a few kilometers to the starting point and then start the hike to Mountain Morongore, to pay a visit to the Iki community. This activity has two routes, the one that takes a half day and the one that takes a whole day. So for clients that enjoy hiking, they take the one that takes a whole day. We come back to our accommodation in the evening, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Explore Pian Upe wildlife reserve

After breakfast, with all our laggages, we do a mini game drive as we get out of the Park and transfer to Mount Kadam, passing through Kabong, Kotido and Moroto. Arriving in the evening and check in to the service of Parahoro Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Hiking Mountain Kadam

After breakfast at the lodge, with our packed lunch, we start the hike up the mountain. On the first day we climb and spend a night up the mountain camping. We will take our camping gears and food materials with us, ready for that night. Dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Hiking down Mountain Kadam

After breakfast we will start hiking down the mountain. The hike will reward you with a beautiful scenery as well as the fauna and flora species around. Have a lunch en-route and return to our accommodation for relaxation. Dine and slumber at parahoro hotel.

Day 9: Transfer back to Entebbe Airport

After breakfast we will transfer back to Entebbe Airport for your flight home. Passing through Mbale and Jinja and arrive at the Airport in the evening, depending on the time of your flight, you can also do some activities at Jinja.
