Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo
Early in morning this safari will take you from Entebbe Airport to Lake Mburo National Park, known for sculptured landscape with rolling grassy hills and its idyllic lake shores with a variety of different species of mammals and birds and the home of Zebras and Impala herds.
As you go to Lake Mburo, we shall have a stopover at the Equator; we shall stop and enjoy a visit to the equator which runs through Uganda. Many visitors love taking photos at the Equator sign post. There are also some scientific experiments that are mainly operated illusions and not so reliable and fun to watch.

Day 2: Morning Safari drive-Boat Cruise in the afternoon
After your early morning breakfast, our driver guide picks you up for the early game drive. Explore the major game spotting. Later on, you will taken back to Leopard rest Camp for your lunch and some relaxation for an indefinitely short time. Later we set out for the afternoon Boat Ride which will get you to come face to face with the flora and fauna of the lake. And along the bank, you will also see many animals that come to the water especially in the dry season. You will also see many hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, buffaloes, and over 3 types of otters that are found in the lake. Also when it comes to the birds, you will view the malachite kingfishers, African Fish eagles, blue headed weavers, Rufuos long tailed starlings, the pied kingfishers, hammerkobs, Herons, pelicans, the rare shoebill as well as the cormorants. After the Boat ride you will be transferred back to the Lodge for relaxation.
Dinner and overnight stay: Leopard Rest Camp.

Day 3: Nature walk/hikes-Transfer back to Kampala
Early in the morning after your breakfast you will checkout and join other walkers followed by the ranger guide. The guided walk will lead you to the salt lick where you will find many animals that are attracted to the salty rocks. The walks on the western side of this lake usually begin at 7am and will take 2 hours, you will meet many animals including the hyenas that are returning to their dens as well as the hippos coming from the lake. The hikes that go through the woodland that give you a chance to see the forest birds and mammals and the walk to the top of the hill will reward you with the spectacular view of 9 of the region’s 14 lakes. Ending with your transfer back to Entebbe Airport.
